Tír na nÓg (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data when you use this website or engage with our services.

When you contact us
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if provided)
- The service you are interested in
- Your message
- How you heard about us (if provided)
When you subscribe to our newsletter
When you sign up for our mailing list, we collect:
- Your email address
When you book a session
When you book through our booking system (Cal.eu), we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your chosen appointment date and time
- Any information you provide in the booking notes
When you visit our website
We may collect standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via Google Analytics. See section 6 for more detail.
2. Why we collect your data and our legal basis
We process your personal data on the following legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

We do not process any special category data (such as health information) through this website. Any health-related information discussed in the course of a coaching or nutrition consultation is handled under a separate client agreement with appropriate safeguards.
3. Who we share your data with
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our business. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and, where applicable, GDPR-compliant data processing agreements:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — email marketing and transactional email. EU-based. Privacy policy
- Cal.eu — appointment booking. EU-hosted. Privacy policy
- Vercel — website hosting. Privacy policy
- Google Analytics — website analytics (see section 6). Privacy policy
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. How long we keep your data

- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (e.g. newsletter), you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC), Ireland's supervisory authority: dataprotection.ie / 01 765 0100.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This involves placing a cookie on your device. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google.
